Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses AlpacaSoaps ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy Because of international cosmetic laws, we currently do not sell our products outside the U.S. Please contact us directly if you want to ship a gift to an international location.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for a total replacement or refund (including the original shipping charges). Do not ship the items back to us. Take clear pictures of the item(s) damaged during shipping and send them and your request to email@example.com. Please respond promptly to any requests for additional photos or information. We will process your request within 3-5 days and file all claims with the carrier.
We will offer a complete refund or exchange, and file the claim with the carrier.
Please do not file a duplicate claim with the carrier.

AlpacaSoaps is committed to providing quality products to our customers. We realize there are times when you may need to return a product. At AlpacaSoaps, you can return your purchase for a full refund (less the shipping charges) or exchange it for an item of equal value within 60 days. No additional questions asked and no hassle – returns are accepted for any reason.
Returns must be made within 60 days after the original purchase.
Place a note in your package stating the reason for your return, the requested remedy, and your order number. (Sorry, we can not process a return without an order number)

Please record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at purchase.
