If there is a problem with your order...
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and returning the product in pristine, unopened, and unused condition.
- Full refund will be issued within 2-3 days of the receipt of the returned product(s).
- Because of the nature of our product, we can not accept the return of any used or opened products. However, we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are happy with us and the products we sell.
- If the product is defective or there was an error made on our part, we will arrange for the exchange or refund at no additional cost to the buyer.
Alpaca Soaps is not primarily liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
