Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Most orders are processed within 2 business days. 
  • You will be contacted in the event of delays due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We DO ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

International Shipping Policy

  • Shipping through the USPS and their partners only. Rates are based on actual shipping costs and are calculated at check out.
  • Alpaca Soaps is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If there is a problem with your order...

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and returning the product in pristine, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Full refund will be issued within 2-3 days of the receipt of the returned product(s). 
  • If the product is defective or there was an error made on our part, we will arrange for the exchange or refund at no additional cost to the buyer.


Alpaca Soaps is not primarily liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
